Recently, a group of customers from India visited the Sagertec factory to watch a live demonstration of our Non-Autoclave PVB Glass Laminating Machine.
The visit gave them the opportunity to evaluate the complete glass laminating line under real production conditions, from glass loading and vacuum processing to controlled heating and finished laminated glass unloading.
During the demonstration, the entire system operated smoothly and consistently. Its high level of automation helped coordinate each production stage, reduce manual intervention, and simplify daily operation.
The visitors closely reviewed the machine workflow and inspected the quality of the finished laminated glass. They gave positive feedback on the equipment’s stable performance, operating efficiency, and lamination results.
In this non-autoclave system, vacuum processing and controlled heating are combined to laminate PVB glass without using a conventional autoclave. The heating section performs the main function of a glass laminating furnace, while the complete equipment configuration forms an integrated laminated glass line.
This makes the system a practical and flexible glass lamination machine for glass processors handling different specifications and order requirements.
Our non-autoclave laminated glass machine has received positive market feedback in India.
The active demand from the Indian glass-processing market is one important factor. More importantly, the equipment’s performance, investment requirements, automation level, and production flexibility closely match the practical needs of many Indian glass manufacturers.
The main advantages include:
The production process does not require a conventional autoclave, helping customers reduce overall equipment investment and certain production and operating costs.
Automated process control reduces manual operations and lowers dependence on highly specialized operators, making daily production easier to manage.
The machine can be configured for different glass dimensions and compatible interlayer materials according to the customer’s product range and production requirements.
The system is designed for straightforward operation and stable production. It is especially suitable for customized orders, varied glass specifications, and flexible production schedules.
The coordinated loading, vacuum processing, heating, and unloading stages provide customers with an efficient and practical glass laminating line for PVB laminated glass production.
When selecting a laminated glass furnace or glass lamination furnace, customers need to consider more than the heating and lamination process itself.
The equipment should also match the required glass sizes, product mix, output targets, labor conditions, factory layout, and investment plan.
At Sagertec, we focus on developing reliable glass laminating machines and complete glass laminating line solutions that combine practical automation, flexible production, and stable performance.
Our goal is to help glass processors improve production efficiency, control operating costs, and achieve a more dependable return on investment.
Thank you to our Indian customers for visiting our factory and for their trust in Sagertec. We look forward to supporting their future laminated glass production and building a long-term partnership.
